Welcome to Veema (the “App”), developed and operated by Theodora Magiona (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the conditions for using Veema, including its route planning, navigation, CarPlay, file management, and related features.
1. These Terms and Apple’s Licence Agreement
Please read these Terms before using the App. By using the App after these Terms have been made available to you, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where express acceptance is required, we will request it.
The App is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, available at:

These Terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or restrict any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for processing personal information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you have not reached the age at which you can legally enter into this agreement in your country, you must have the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Permission to use the App does not establish eligibility to drive. Drivers must hold the required licence and comply with applicable driving laws.
3. Use of the App
Veema provides tools for planning and organizing routes and stops, navigation, file management, reports, and related logistics tasks. Certain features are available through Apple CarPlay on compatible systems.
You may use the App for personal or business purposes, subject to your selected plan, these Terms, and applicable law.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or services.
Circumvent purchase restrictions or security mechanisms.
Interfere with the operation or security of the App or connected services.
Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source licence.
4. Navigation and Driving Safety
Route planning and navigation features are aids to your judgment. They do not replace your responsibility to drive safely and lawfully.
Always follow road signs, traffic signals, legal restrictions, and actual road conditions, even when they differ from the App’s instructions.
Plan routes and make adjustments that require attention before driving or after stopping in a safe, lawful place. Do not interact with the App, your phone, or your vehicle’s display in a way that distracts you from driving.
You are responsible for checking that a suggested route, stopping point, parking location, or pickup or delivery location is safe, accessible, and lawful.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, routes are not tailored to vehicle height, width, length, weight, hazardous loads, or restrictions specific to trucks, buses, or other vehicle types. Do not assume that a suggested route is suitable for your vehicle.
The App is not an emergency service.
5. Accuracy and Availability of Information
Maps, search results, points of interest, intersection locations, directions, estimated arrival times, weather information, and other content may depend on third-party data and services.
Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Road closures, access restrictions, business details, and other conditions may change before they are reflected in the App.
Location and guidance accuracy may be affected by GPS reception, device settings, connectivity, buildings, terrain, and other conditions.
Route optimization does not guarantee the shortest, fastest, safest, or most suitable route in every situation. Review suggested routes and stops before relying on them.
Reports and statistics depend on the available data and should be checked before being used for business, regulatory, or other consequential decisions.
6. Apple CarPlay
Veema supports selected features through Apple CarPlay, including route and stop information and supported navigation functions.
CarPlay requires a compatible iPhone and vehicle or aftermarket system. Feature availability and behavior may vary by device, vehicle, operating system, region, permissions, and connection.
Some functions available on the iPhone may be limited or unavailable through CarPlay. Guidance may be interrupted by disconnections, location-service interruptions, or other technical conditions.
CarPlay does not remove the driver’s responsibility to remain attentive and comply with the safety requirements in these Terms. If guidance becomes unavailable or appears incorrect, continue driving safely and stop in a suitable place before troubleshooting.
7. Devices, Accounts, and Permissions
Some features require an Apple Account, iCloud, an internet connection, or permissions such as location access.
You are responsible for securing your devices and accounts and for granting only the access you intend to provide. Do not share credentials or access with unauthorized people.
Disabling permissions or services may limit related functionality. Mobile data and other charges from your service providers may apply.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Veema offers free and paid options, which may include Bronze, Silver, and Lifetime access. The purchase screen describes the applicable price, billing period, and included features.
Purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings.
Deleting the App or ceasing to use it does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription. Its scope is the entitlement described at the time of purchase; these Terms do not reduce rights already acquired through that purchase.
Refund requests for App Store purchases can be submitted through Apple’s refund process. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory refund or other consumer rights.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
9. Local Storage, iCloud, and Sharing
The App may store files on your device and use Apple iCloud to synchronize supported data across devices.
Cloud functionality depends on your Apple Account, available storage, device settings, connectivity, and Apple’s services. Synchronization may be delayed or interrupted and should not be treated as a substitute for independent backups of important files.
Sharing and team features make selected information available to the people you choose to share it with. Review recipients and permissions carefully. Removing access may not delete copies that recipients have already exported or saved.
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with these features.
10. Your Content and Privacy
You retain ownership of the routes, locations, contacts, reports, and other content you create or import.
You must have the necessary rights and lawful authority to collect, use, and share that content, particularly where it contains information about customers, passengers, employees, or other individuals.
You authorize the storage, processing, and transmission of your content only as necessary to carry out the functions you choose, such as saving, synchronization, export, and sharing, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You must not use the App to store or share unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights.
11. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services
The App’s source code, design, branding, and original content belong to the Developer or their respective licensors. Your rights to use the App are governed by the applicable licence agreement.
Apple, CarPlay, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Features using Apple Maps, iCloud, or other third-party services depend on those services and are subject to their applicable terms. Availability and functionality may change for reasons outside our control.
12. Updates and Changes to Features
We may update the App to improve functionality, address security or technical issues, comply with legal requirements, or adapt to changes in supported platforms and third-party services.
Where a change materially affects a paid feature or your contractual rights, we will provide the notice and any remedies required by applicable law.
These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to remove purchased benefits or reduce mandatory consumer protections.
13. Suspension and Termination
Where reasonably necessary, we may restrict access to services we operate if you materially breach these Terms, misuse those services, create a security risk, or if restriction is required by law.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action. Immediate action may be necessary in cases involving serious misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.
You may stop using the App at any time. Cancel any active subscription separately through Apple and export any files you wish to retain before deleting them or uninstalling the App.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including applicable consumer rights.
14. Warranties and Consumer Rights
We will provide the App with the care and skill required by applicable law.
Subject to your mandatory legal rights, the App and connected services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or vehicle.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, rights concerning the conformity of digital content or services, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Liability
Our responsibility for loss or damage is subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where we remain legally responsible.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and business losses such as lost profits or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your responsibilities under these Terms do not excuse us from our own legal obligations.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, security needs, or our business operations.
We will update the date above and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Notice may be provided within the App or through another appropriate channel.
Where required by law, we will obtain your agreement before changes take effect. We will not rely solely on continued use where express acceptance is required.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired.
17. Applicable Rights and Disputes
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections under the laws that apply to you as a consumer, including any right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under those laws.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Navigation, Maps, Weather, and CarPlay
Veema may provide route planning, search, directions, turn-by-turn navigation, weather information, and supported CarPlay functionality using Apple technologies and services. Availability, accuracy, and coverage may vary by location, device, vehicle, network conditions, Apple service availability, and other factors outside the Developer’s control.
Navigation information is provided as an aid only. Always follow traffic laws, road signs, official restrictions, and actual road conditions. Do not interact with Veema in a way that distracts you while driving. CarPlay availability depends on a compatible iPhone, vehicle or aftermarket system, connection, and supported App functionality.
Privacy and Data
Veema does not operate a Developer-controlled server database for your routes, locations, or navigation history. App content is stored locally on your device or, when you choose supported synchronization or sharing features, through Apple services such as iCloud and CloudKit. Apple services used by Veema may process information under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. For details, please review Veema’s Privacy Policy.
